Solution & Impact
As BHH's digital media manager, I managed its online presence, driving leads, email marketing, lead magnet development, brand audit, market research, PR communication, and brand visibility, analyzing the company's presence on all social networks, and derived strategies that expanded brand awareness and visibility by over 200%. I also designed content that increased the company’s audience base, optimized and cleaned the email contact list and created new engaging newsletters using HubSpot as the email marketing software with a 65% open rate
